ABOUT THE SERVICE:
This service is available to pre-school and school-age children, pregnant mothers and adult to prevent and treat dental disease.

TOTAL FEES / CHARGES:
“NO CHARGES IN LYING IN DELIVERY”, provided the Local Government Unit all the medicines required for delivery. If not the patient will shoulder all the expenses needed on delivery.

Depends on the patient status (average of 8-10 hours)

Issuance of Sanitary Permit and
Environmental Health Sanitation
ABOUT THE SERVICE:
All Food Establishments are required to secure a Sanitary Permit upon application for Business Permit to ensure that the establishment complies with the PD 856 (sanitation Code of the Philippines) and Municipal Ordinance and other relevant health-related ordinances.
