1. Go to BHS (Brgy. Health Station) for registration, consultation. Approach the midwife assign in the BHS. Provide the necessary information during the interview
  • Staff will prepare the family record of the new patients or retrieves record of old clients.
  • Staff will record the client’s chief complain and clinical history.
  • Staff will perform physical examination and give medications on the client and record it. Advice the client.
  • The staff will refer all high risk/complicated cases to the MHO (Municipal Health Officer) RHU Main Health Center and provide the client with the referral slip.

All Food Establishments are required to secure a Sanitary Permit upon application for Business Permit to ensure that the establishment complies with the PD 856 (sanitation Code of the Philippines) and Municipal Ordinance and other relevant health-related ordinances.
